We're writing to share an important update regarding our service rates, effective from 1 January 2026

At Translocal, our commitment has always been to provide reliable, efficient, and great-value removal and delivery services. We know how important trust and clarity are, especially when it comes to moving your precious belongings, and we work hard to ensure our pricing reflects both the quality of service you receive and the operational realities of running a top-notch moving business.

Like many businesses, we've experienced increases in various operating costs recently – from fuel and vehicle maintenance to staffing and insurance. To continue delivering the exceptional service you expect and deserve, and to ensure we can keep our dedicated team supported and our equipment in prime condition, we've made some necessary, modest adjustments to our hourly rates.

What's Changing?

• Hourly Rates: There will be a slight adjustment to our hourly rates for both our Pickup & Delivery services and our Home & Office Removals services.
• Per Km rate: We're pleased to confirm that our per kilometer charge will remain unchanged.
