Q: What is the maximum weight and size you can carry?

A: We operate a 1-tonne commercial tray ute. It is perfectly suited for standard pallets, heavy machine components, and oversized parts that weigh under 1,000kg. For specific dimensions, call us directly.

Q: How far are you willing to drive for a hotshot delivery?

A: Limitless radius. Whether your site is in Ballarat, across the border in South Australia, or deep into NSW, we will drive direct (while responsibly managing fatigue) to get your critical freight delivered.

Q: Do you require a forklift to load and unload?

A: For heavy industrial parts and pallets, yes. We prefer forklift-to-forklift operations to ensure the fastest possible turnaround times and the safety of the freight.

Q: Are my goods insured while in transit?

A: Absolutely. We carry comprehensive goods in transit insurance specifically designed for high-value B2B freight that includes Australia wide coverage.

Q: How quickly can you dispatch?

A: If we are empty and available, dispatch is immediate. The moment you confirm the rate and the pickup location, the ute is on the way.

Q: What are your rates

A: Melbourne Metro: $110 per hour charged from pickup to delivery. Minimum charge 3 hours.

Regional or interstate: $3.50 per loaded Km.

Surcharges & Fees:

25% out of hours surcharge applies between 6 pm and 6 am weekdays, all day on weekends and public holidays.
Waiting time. For regional per-kilometre runs, the first 60 minutes on-site for loading/unloading is included. Subsequent waiting time is billed at $110.00 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments.
Futile call-out. Jobs cancelled after we arrive at the pickup address will incur the minimum 3 hour call-out fee.
Tolls, ferry fares accommodation and any other reasonably incurred disbursments are passed on at cost.
